Plans and runs

A plan repeats, such as a Monthly Prayer Letter. Each send becomes a run with its own preserved list of recipients.

Create a plan

1. Open Campaigns and create a new plan.
2. Give it a name, kind, channel and how often it repeats.
3. Set the next send and how many days before to start preparing.
4. Choose the audience: active partners, partners and people in Development, everyone who receives updates, or only people added to the plan.
5. Write a preparation checklist, one item per line.

Send and remember

Preparation tasks are created automatically before each send. Select Mark sent when it goes out, and History keeps exactly who received it.
