Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Workspaces and teams

A workspace owner controls who is invited, what role they have and what they can see. If you invite others, you're responsible for the access you give them.

Your content

What you put into Nehemiah stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you and your team.

You're responsible for your content. That includes having a proper reason to keep information about other people, such as contacts, prayer requests and giving records, and following the privacy and fundraising laws that apply to you.

Acceptable use

Please don't break the law or anyone's rights through the service, send spam or harass anyone, upload harmful files, try to reach another workspace's data, probe or overload our systems, get around plan limits or security, or resell the service without our written permission.

Plans and prices

Free includes up to 300 contacts. Basic is $5.99 a month or $60 a year and includes up to 1,000 contacts. Premier is $9.99 a month or $90 a year with unlimited contacts. Each plan's features are described in the app. Prices are in US dollars and may change, and we'll give notice before a change affects a plan you already have.

Sponsorship is available for missionaries. You can ask about it through the app or our contact page. We decide sponsorship requests individually, and approval isn't guaranteed.

Plans are currently arranged with us directly rather than paid for online. Any trial or sponsored plan lasts for the period we give you.

When a plan or trial ends

Your information isn't deleted, and your existing contacts stay available to open and edit, even if you're over the Free limit. Paid features lock, and you can't add contacts while you're over your plan's limit, until you upgrade or archive enough of them.

AI features

AI features are optional and may produce mistakes. Review anything they produce before relying on it.

Not professional advice

Nehemiah helps you keep organized records. It doesn't give legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Reports such as year-end giving summaries aren't official receipts and don't decide tax treatment. Check them against your own records and advisers.

Scripture and our materials

The King James Version text is in the public domain. The rest of the site and app, including our software, design, name and original notes, belongs to us and these terms don't give you ownership of it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Nehemiah available and your information safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. Please keep your own copies of anything critical.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Nehemiah at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost data, lost support or lost opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights that can't legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and let account holders know about important changes. If you keep using the service afterward, you accept the new terms.
