Everything you know about one person, starting with Before You Call.
Tabs on a profile
| Tab | What it holds |

| Overview | Before you call: last conversation, prayer, family, development, best time and next action. Also open follow-ups and notes. |
| Timeline | Conversations and events, in order. |
| Giving | Their partnership, commitments and gifts. Only people with finance access see this. |
| Prayer | Prayer requests and how God answered. |
| Development | Their current journey and journey history. Journeys can close and begin again; the person always stays. |
| Connections | Household, related people, churches and organizations. |
| Details | Phone, email, mailing address, life events and record information. |
Their time and how to reach them
Record their time zone, good days and times, and how they prefer to be reached. The profile shows their local time, so you can call at a good moment.
Boundaries holds anything you should respect in the relationship.
Do not invite to give
Mark someone Do not invite to give in their details when an invitation would be wrong. The relationship continues, and guided follow-ups for them use a care-only checklist.
Add a follow-up
Use Add a follow-up to write what you will do and when. It then appears on Today and in your Calendar.
