Finding your way and keyboard shortcuts
The sidebar, search, command palette, phone layout and every shortcut.
Search and commands
Press Ctrl K (Cmd K on a Mac), or select the search box at the top of any screen. Search finds people, phone numbers, churches and notes. With nothing typed, it also lists actions and pages.

In the contacts list and import preview, focus a row and use:
- ↑ ↓
- Raise or lower priority
- 1 to 0
- Set priority (0 means 10)
- Shift + number
- Set warmth

The sidebar
The sidebar groups your work, ministry tools, organizing tools and finances. On wider screens, the arrow at the bottom collapses it to icons. Missionary Support appears only for people with finance access.
If your season is On Field or Paused, Partners appears above Development because care comes first in that season.
The ? button at the top of every signed-in screen opens help for that screen.
On your phone
Add Nehemiah to your home screen from your browser's menu. The bottom bar gives you Today, Inbox, Quick Log, Focus and People. Other screens are in the menu at the top left.
