AI Memory Assistant and privacy
Ask about your relationships. Optional, and off until an owner turns it on.

What it does
The Memory Assistant answers questions such as "Who mentioned a new baby recently?", citing only records you can see. Before You Call can prepare a short brief on a profile. AI output is labeled so you can review it before relying on it.
Turn it on
- As the workspace owner, open Settings, AI & privacy.
- Turn it on and choose which categories AI may read.
The categories are conversation history and profile notes, development stages, non-private prayer requests, giving history (dates and funds) and shared coaching notes.
What AI will never do
- Infer wealth, or rank or compare people by financial value
- Suggest ask amounts
- Send messages or ask for support by itself
- Change statuses or merge records
- Read private prayer requests or private coaching notes
Turning AI off deletes its memory index immediately. People without finance access get no financial results.
