Privacy, security and your data

Your people are not our product

We don't sell or share your contacts, and we don't use your data to train AI models. Each workspace is private, and database rules limit every request to the workspace and role of the person signed in.

Who can see what

Only members of your workspace can see its records. Finance and prayer visibility can be limited per person. See Team and roles.

Export your data

Workspace owners can select Export my data in Settings to download a JSON backup of the workspace.

Delete your workspace

Contact us to ask for your workspace to be deleted. The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, linked at the bottom of the public site, explain how this works.

Keep your account safe

• Use a long, unique password, and don't share it.
• Sign out on shared computers.
• Give teammates only the access they need.
