The board, the four journey types and how to move people through stages.
Choose a journey
| Journey | Best for |
|---|---|
| Full 7-Step | Address, newsletter, email, postcard and letter before the appointment. |
| Close Relationship | Family and close friends: reach out and meet. |
| Digital-First | Email and e-newsletter before a call or video appointment. |
| Custom | Any stage, in any order. |
Start one with Begin Development on a profile, or Begin beside a suggestion on Today.
Work the board
Board shows a column for each stage. Drag a card to move someone, and their stage history is kept. List shows the same people with their stage, outcome, last touch and next step.
All stages, in order: Not Started, Initial Contact, Get Mailing Address, Newsletter Sent, Get Email, E-Newsletter Sent, Prayer Postcard Sent, Pre-Appointment Letter Sent, Schedule Appointment, Appointment Booked, Ask Completed, Decision Pending and Follow-Up Due.
After the invitation
Record what happened with an Ask Outcome.
