Recording an Ask Outcome
What each outcome does, and why nobody is ever permanently declined.
Choose an outcome
After an invitation, select Record Ask Outcome on the person's card or profile.
| Outcome | What happens |
|---|---|
| Monthly Partner, Annual Partner, Launch Gift, Monthly + Launch, Prayer Partner, Advocate | Opens the partner workflow, which sets up the partnership and care. |
| Considering, Spouse Discussion, Waiting on Budget, Follow-Up Date | Needs a follow-up date, so the conversation isn't lost. |
| Not Now, Custom Revisit | Hides the person until the revisit date, then brings them back automatically. |
| No — Continue Updates | No invitation for now; they keep receiving updates. |
| No — Do Not Pursue | Stops pursuing the invitation. The person and their history stay. |
| Referral | Records that they introduced you to someone else. |
A person always stays
Journeys can close and begin again. Nobody is ever permanently marked as declined, and their history is kept.
