Trouble signing in

I forgot my password

1. On the sign-in page, choose the forgotten password link.
2. Enter your email address and open the email Nehemiah sends.
3. Set a new password of at least 10 characters.

My password is rejected

Check the email address for typing errors, and check whether Caps Lock is on. If you still can't sign in, reset your password as above.

The confirmation or reset email didn't arrive

Check your spam or junk folder and wait a few minutes. Check that you used the email address on your account. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us.

It says too many attempts

To protect accounts, repeated attempts are blocked for a short time. Wait a few minutes and try once more.

I see an error page

Reload the page. If it continues, contact us with the time it happened and what the error said. Never send your password.
